Ray Lubeck, Chief Executive Officer and Founder
Ray has over 20 years experience at the founder and senior management levels of various early stage Investment Banking and Venture firms funding seed/growth stage, entrepreneurial ventures in the US and in Europe: Cretown Ventures, Cisalpine, Asset Management Int., Prudential Securities, Reynolds Kendrick Stratton and Stewart James. Since returning to the US, Ray recognized the opportunity presented by inefficient collaborative communications between remote teams, their Subject Matter Experts and other stakeholders. After vetting the opportunity, he founded Visual Mobile Technologies, Inc., acquired the initial technology and, along with an experienced founding team, is bringing their first product; vMobile Collaborator, to market.
Kelvin Hubbard, Chief Operating Officer / Chief Information Officer and Co-founder
Kelvin has been building high-performing IT and operational teams for more than 30 years. He has built teams from scratch for startups and run teams of more than 100 for large, complex organizations such as Oracle Corporation, Transamerica, Coventry Healthcare, and Horace Mann.
With his background in developing highly-scalable, enterprise solutions for companies of all sizes, Kelvin brings a great deal of experience in both web and mobile development to the vMobile team. He has been responsible for the support of both internal and external applications for several global organizations, and creates teams of individuals that can deliver the best customer experience at the lowest cost, combining technology at the right time and personal touch when and where appropriate. Kelvin has a B.S. in Computer Science from California State University, Sacramento, with a minor in Finance.
John Laskey, CFO Advisor
John has more than 25 years financial management and operations experience in multi-national high technology organizations. He has served as Chief Financial Officer of several public and private companies including MSC.Software (Nasdaq: MSCS), Quest Software (Nasdaq:QSFT) and Vue Technology, purchased in October 2008 by Tyco International (NYSE: TYC).
John has IPO experience and has raised capital through venture capital firms, venture debt lines of credit and convertible notes. He is experienced in mergers and acquisitions both buy and sell. John has a BSEE from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Loyola University in Chicago.
Bob Bortolotto, Technology and Business
Bob has 30+ years of experience in the high tech industry. His career began at the Hewlett-Packard Roseville Networks Division, where he worked for over 14 years, most recently as a principal engineer and hardware architect for HP’s routers and switches. He then began a series of successful start-ups, beginning with Sr. Director at Next Level Communications (bought by General Instrument), Director at Fiberlane/Cerent (Cisco), VP/Founder at Caymas Systems (Citrix), and VP Engineering at Enphase Energy (IPO). He is currently working as VP Products at Pocket Radar, and serves on multiple advisory boards.
Bob holds a BS/EECS from UC Berkeley.
Dave Sanders, Fundraising and Business
Dave is involved with several non-profit organizations whose goals are to bring entrepreneurs together with sources of capital to help them start and grow high impact companies. They also assist with assessing their executive teams and adding executive talent as required. He is a founding board member and Past Chairman of the Board of Golden Capital Network and a founding board member and Past Chairman of the Board of Sacramento Regional Technology Alliance (SARTA). He is a board member of the Sacramento Angels and an advisory board member for several startup companies.
Roger Bilstad, Property Management
Roger has over 30 years experience in the Property and Facilities Management industry. He founded The Hunting Group, Inc., which he sold to Colliers International, then joined Colliers as SVP of Property Management, was a member of their National Senior U.S. Leadership Team and was the Relationship Manager for accounts such as; CalPERS, Golden 1 Credit Union, Sutter Health, Walton Street Capital and Panattoni Development Company. Roger development the Colliers national lease administration platform. Currently he is EVP with Avison Young building their Property and Facilities Management Group initiating contracts in northern California. Roger holds a BA in Education from California State University, Sacramento and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM).
Kit Tuveson, Facilities Management
Kit had a 37-year career with Hewlett-Packard where he served as HP’s Global Director of Facility Management Operations and also Global Director of Environmental Health & Safety. Kit is a widely recognized FM professional with an extensive teaching and presentation background. His most recent work includes teaching IFMA’s FM Professional (FMP) course series as well as the new Sustainability Facilities Professional (SFP) series. He is a Lifetime Certified Facility Manager, was IFMA’s Board Chairman in 1998, is a past President of the FM Consultant’s Council of IFMA, and is an IFMA Fellow. (In memoriam)
Michael Lorenzini, Transportation
Michael is a highly successful transportation professional and industry expert, with 30 years of experience in aviation maintenance, engineering and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul) for top airline companies. With United Airlines for 14 years, Michael was Managing Director of Technical Operations and FAA Director of Maintenance, responsible for global aircraft safety, airworthiness and reliability, managing complex global airline MRO activities and a globally diverse organization of 2,500 professionals. He had budget responsibility for approximately $600M in annual budget and $3.0B in assets, supporting a fleet of 700 aircraft. Michael has also been VP of Supply Chain Management with CHC Helicopter and Manager of Line/Heavy Maintenance with America West Airlines.
